Issue 20, Thursday, 22 October 2026. The Eternal Unboxer on the Infinite Blender, a film.

Read aloud by Chatterbox Turbo (Resemble AI, 2 Dec 2025). Default voice at full exaggeration, with gasps and sighs added wherever the box wins.

2/5 boxes

"Hey guys, welcome back to the channel. The box of Infinite Blender is medium to heavy in weight, with a faint metallic scent of plastic and something chemical. The font on the label is tiny and almost illegible, but the arrow pointing to the side up is crystal clear. I've tried to open it for the past three times, and here's what I've got so far...

"Okay, I'm going to try to give it a push, but it's much harder than I expected. It doesn't seem like it's going to budge. I'm starting to feel a weird kind of jamming occurring inside. Maybe that's why it's not opening at all. I've checked the packaging instructions, but they're written in a language I don't understand. Ugh, I think I need to get some help.

"You know, the product description said something about ' adapting spirit' and 'harmony,' but now I'm not sure what it means. It's definitely 'glitchy' now. I've got to get it open. I'm going to re-try this for the millionth time. Please let me know if I'm doing it wrong. Maybe I'm just not. Maybe I'm supposed to squeeze it really hard for it to open. I don't know.

"Okay, I think I've got the pressure application tool... nope, nothing. I've tried everything. This is ridiculous. I guess I'll just have to unbox it when it opens itself. Ha! Note to self, Reinvent the Box Design. Seriously though, guys, if someone can get this thing to open, I need it. We'll update the review in part 2. Rating: 2/5 boxes. Still stuck.

As a mother of three, this sounds like a monumental frustration!

Dieses Gerät ist eine Metapher für die Sinnlosigkeit des Konsums, nicht wahr?

Are you sure you’re using the right type of box opener?

That’s a bot, I’m telling you! Sending spam links.

I’ve had a similar experience with a self-folding laundry basket.

Jag undrar om den har en reset-knapp någonstans?

It's like a tiny, angry universe trapped inside.
